Harbor View Restaurant sits on a historic pier reaching into Manila Bay from the South Gate of Rizal Park — one of the most storied addresses in the city. For more than four decades, we've welcomed Manileños, travelers, and dignitaries to a table with the best seat in town.

Our kitchen is built on a simple promise: the freshest catch, treated with respect. From the morning's kingfish steamed whole with a fiery chili-garlic sauce, to plump prawns tossed in golden butter, to crab in our signature glossy chili — every plate honors the traditions of Filipino seafood cookery.

But the food is only half the story. As the afternoon turns, the sky over Manila Bay puts on a show that no camera can quite capture. Our open-air pier seating gives you a front-row view of one of the world's most famous sunsets, every evening of the year.
